It's fairly clean with a central location in most upscale Moroccan restaurants. Overall the staff is outstandingly accommodating.

A fantastic stay for a 10 hour road trip through middle Atlas Mountain range covered in early snow to Marrakech. Wonderful location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Batha Square. Based near the High Atlas mountains arranged through the lovely services of tour operator Abercrombie & Kent and the main garden.

The terrace area was perfect. We explored two local sites and dined at some fantastic restaurants nearby. I recommend checking out the hotel's activities for groups for a fun experience. Just keep in mind that communication could improve, especially around national holidays.
Although the hotel was fine, we faced some confusion regarding meal options , particularly with alcohol service due to a public holiday. It led to a bit of frustration, especially since we were not informed in advance.

Beautiful decor, lovely setting and location. Dinner was a bit expensive for Morocco but service was great.
The shower did not work properly in our bathroom; they did fix it however for a luxury hotel this should never have happened. Lack of snacks on the menu for the daytime.

It was just a perfect match for a hurried visit in Fes with great value for money. The rooftop bar offered a lovely view for sunrise and evening times. Make sure to confirm any meal services in advance.

A very nice hotel with very polite personnel.
Personnel needs a bit more training (this is based on experience on other Relais & Chateau). Our room was a bit smelly, perhaps a cat entered: please, make sure the rooms are well ventilated.
